The Hepburn Avenue Homeowners Association (HAHA) is a block club representing the residents of the two blocks on Hepburn Avenue in the Leimert Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. We are organized to improve the wellbeing of all the residents on our street. Our activities include everything from maintaining the health of the signature Magnolia trees on Hepburn Avenue, to public safety issues, to social events for the adults and kids on the block. Membership dues are $30 per household. You do not have to be a member to come out to our monthly meetings and get involved. Also note that, although the word “homeowners” is in the organization name, we are not a homeowners association in the traditional sense. We are a typical Los Angeles neighborhood block club that represents all residents. We work with our 10th District city council office, our Empowerment Congress West Area Neighborhood Development Council, and the 10th District Empowerment Congress to address the quality of life for all Hepburn residents. We generally have monthly meetings on the fourth Saturday of the month at 10:00 AM.
